Alexandra Golant, M.D.
Dr. Alexandra Golant is the Medical Director of the Faculty Practice and the Associate Program Director for the residency program in the Department of Dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Golant’s practice focuses on inflammatory skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, on which she has been recognized as a leading expert and is regularly invited to discuss her research and clinical work before both national and international audiences. Dr. Golant completed her dermatology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. She received her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her medical internship at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

- Understand the approach to the management of the patient with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis
- Understand updates in the diagnosis and management of chronic hand dermatitis
- Understand the changing treatment landscape in atopic dermatitis, including novel biologics and other topical and systemic therapies in development.
- Become familiar with the management of common side effects from current systemic treatment options.
