MedEd Science Solutions follows a structured submission process to ensure scientific quality, educational value, and compliance across the platform.

How the Submission Process Works

  1. Request the Prospectus - Organizations interested in submitting scientific content must first request the MedEd Science Solutions prospectus.
  2. Confirm Participation - Once a visibility package is selected and payment is received, a secure submission link will be provided.
  3. Submit Content - Content is submitted through the secure link in accordance with the guidelines below.
  4. Review & Publication - All submissions are reviewed prior to publication on the platform.

Student & Medical Resident Submissions

MedEd Science Solutions is committed to supporting early-career clinicians and researchers. Students and medical residents may submit abstracts and poster presentations without a submission fee.

To Qualify:

  • The submitting author must be a current student or medical resident
  • Institutional affiliation must be provided at the time of submission
  • Submissions are subject to the same review standards as all other content

Eligible students and residents will be provided with a submission link after verification of status.

AbstractConnect Submission Guidelines

AbstractConnect is a digital platform designed to extend the visibility and lifespan of scientific content beyond the conference setting.

Eligible Submission Types

Abstracts

PDF format, 300-500 words

Medical Posters

PDF format, high resolution

Video/Audio

MP4/MP3, 3-7 minutes

Print Materials

Optional print documents

General Submission Requirements

  • Submissions must be scientific, educational, and non-promotional
  • All content must comply with applicable medical, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Presentations must be presented at an accredited medical conference or meeting
  • Trade names for drugs, devices, or products should be avoided
  • Financial disclosures and conflicts of interest must be clearly stated

Abstract Format Guidelines

  • File format: PDF
  • Word limit: 300-500 words
  • Font size: 10-12 points
  • Spacing: Single-spaced
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

Abstract Structure

  • Background of Purpose
  • Methods or Study Design
  • Results or Key Findings
  • Conclusions or Clinical Implications

Poster Submission Guidelines

  • File format: PDF
  • Resolution: Print-ready (300 dpi preferred)
  • Orientation: Landscape orientation recommended for digital viewing
  • Contents: Clearly labeled sections, figures, and references

Video & Audio Guidelines

  • Formats: Video: MP4, Audio: MP3
  • Length: 3-7 minutes
  • Resolution: 720p or higher
  • Format ratio: 16:9

Video/Audio

Maximum 100MB

Author & Disclosure Requirements

Each submission must include:

  • First author last name and affiliation
  • Institutional or sponsoring author
  • Conflicts of interest disclosures
  • Acknowledgment of financial support
